1. Bellafont Gardens POA Condemnation: A resolution authorizing the City Attorney to seek condemnation and possession of certain lands owned by the Bellafont Gardens POA. This resolution was tabled at the December 18, 2007 City Council meeting to the January 3, 2008 City Council meeting.
