ADM 07-2712 Amend Chapters 151, 159, 161, 162, 163 and 164: An ordinance amending Title XV: Unified Development Code of the Code of Fayetteville to amend Chapter 151: Definitions, Chapter 159: Fees, Chapter 161: Zoning Regulations, Chapter 162: Use Units, Chapter 163: Use Conditions and Chapter 164: Supplementary District Regulations in order to make accessory dwelling units a permitted use in all residential zoning districts contingent upon Planning Division administrative approval.
