2. Ambulance Service Interlocal Agreement: A resolution to approve an interlocal agreement for ambulance service by and with the City of Fayetteville, Washington County, Elkins, Farmington, Goshen, Greenland, Lincoln, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Winslow and Johnson, and to establish the ambulance authority and Central Emergency Medical Services as the exclusive emergency and non-emergency ambulance service within the cities. This resolution was tabled at the March 4, 2008 City Council meeting to the March 18, 2008 City Council meeting.
