R-PZD 07-2576 (Woodstock Community): An ordinance establishing a residential planned zoning district titled R-PZD 07-2576, Woodstock Community, located south of Wedington Drive from 46th to Broyles Avenue; containing approximately 28.90 acres; amending the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville; and adopting the Associated Master Development Plan.
