6. Hobson, Inc. Appeal: An ordinance rezoning that property described in rezoning petition RZN 07-2667, for approximately 2.38 acres, located at 7613 Wedington from R-A, Residential Agricultural, to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial. This ordinance was left on the First Reading at the September 18, 2007 City Council meeting.
