VAC 07-2707 (City of Fayetteville/Broyles Ave.): An ordinance approving VAC 07-2707 submitted by City of Fayetteville Water and Sewer Division for property located at the Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant (15 south Broyles Road), vacating the right-of-way for Broyles Road bisecting the City's Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant site, a total of 3.19 acres.
