ADM 07-2806 Vantage Center PZD Amendment: An ordinance amending a Residential Planned Zoning District entitled R-PZD 05-1543, Vantage Center, located at the end of Shepard Lane adjacent to Frontage Road, containing approximately 4.68 acres, to allow the addition of Use Unit #14, Hotel, Motel and Amusement Facilities as a permitted use, as described herein.
