RZN 07-2781 (Dandy): An ordinance rezoning that property described in rezoning petition RZN 07-2781, for approximately 0.55 acres, located ¼ mile north of North Street on the east side of Leverett from I-1, Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial, to RMF-24, Residential Multi-Family, 24 units per acre. This ordinance was left on the Second Reading at the December 4, 2007 City Council meeting.
