A. Consent:
1. Approval of the December 18, 2007, December 27, 2007 and January 3, 2008 City Council meeting minutes.
2. Arkansas State Police Grant: A resolution accepting an Arkansas State Police Drug Task Force General Improvement Grant in the amount of $54,455.00 for the purchase of a vehicle, surveillance equipment and supplies for use by the 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force; and approving a budget adjustment.
3. Arkansas Razorback Transit: A resolution approving a contract in the amount of $50,000.00 with the University of Arkansas Razorback Transit to provide public transit services.
4. Bid #07-79 JWC Environmental: A resolution awarding Bid #07-79 to JWC Environmental in the amount of $163,436.00 for the purchase of a Channel Grinder for the Hamestring Sewer Lift Station, WSIP Subproject WL-6.
5. Rules of Order and Procedure: A resolution to amend the Rules of Order and Procedure to clarify the final denial of ordinances or resolutions that have been tabled indefinitely.
