Northwest Arkansas Community Creative Center Lease Agreement: A resolution to approve a lease agreement with the Northwest Arkansas Community Creative Center for a portion of the former Tyson Complex on Huntsville Road. This resolution was tabled at the January 3, 2008 City Council meeting to the February 5, 2008 City Council meeting.
