Beaver Watershed Management Plan: An ordinance waiving the requirements of §34.23, (purchases and contracts not in excess of $20,000.00), of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances and approving an agreement with the Northwest Arkansas Community Foundation (NWACF) in the amount of $10,000.00 for development of the Beaver Watershed Management Plan.
