III): An ordinance rezoning that property described in rezoning petition RZN 08-2937, for approximately 26.9 acres, located south of Mountain Ranch Phase I and Persimmon Street, east of the future extension of Rupple Road, from RSF-4, Residential Single-Family, 4 units per acre to RSF-8, Residential Single-Family, 8 units per acre. This ordinance was left on the Second Reading at the April 15, 2008 City Council meeting.
