Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc.: A resolution awarding Bid #08-50 and approving a construction contract with Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $2,439,646.00; and approving a 10% contingency in the amount of $244,000.00 for improvements at the Noland Wastewater Treatment Plant, WSIP Subproject EP-3.
