2. Amberwood Place Appeal: An ordinance establishing a Residential Planned Zoning District titled R-PZD 08-2965, Amberwood Place, located south and east of Double Springs and Dot Tipton Road; containing approximately 39.98 acres; amending the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville; and adopting the associated master development plan. This ordinance was tabled at the September 2, 2008 City Council meeting to the September 16, 2008 City Council meeting.
