Illinois River Watershed Partnership: An ordinance waiving the requirements of §34.23, (purchases and contracts not in excess of $20,000.00), of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances and approving a contract with the Illinois River Watershed Partnership (IRWP) in the amount of $10,000.00 for watershed education and planning services.
