Center Street Drainage Contract: An ordinance to waive competitive bidding and to award a construction contract in the amount of $43,315.00 plus a $5,000.00 project contingency to Sweetser Construction, Inc. to replace the existing drainage structure under Center Street and completely repair the street and appurtenances.
