5. Amend Chapter 164, ADM 08-3094 (UDC Chapter 164.04 Animals & Fowl): An ordinance amending the Unified Development Code by repealing and replacing Chapter 164.04: Animals and Fowl, to permit a property owner to keep a maximum of four chickens (hens) within residential districts of the city, subject to the restrictions herein.
