4. ADM 08-3117 (Southpass MSP Amendments): A resolution for ADM 08-3117 amending the Master Street Plan, realigning Shiloh Drive, a collector, through the Southpass PZD site south to Cato Springs Road, and changing the designation of Cato Springs Road from a collector to a principal arterial in the Southpass vicinity, as described and depicted in the attached maps. This resolution was tabled at the October 7, 2008 City Council meeting to the October 21, 2008 City Council meeting.
