Amend Chapter 164, ADM 08-3094 (UDC Chapter 164.04 Animals & Fowl): An ordinance amending the Unified Development Code by repealing and replacing Chapter 164.04: Animals and Fowl, to permit a property owner to keep a maximum of four chickens (hens) within residential districts of the city, subject to the restrictions herein. This ordinance was left on the First Reading at the November 18, 2008 City Council meeting.
