Southpass Development Company, LLC: A resolution to approve approximately $744,880.00 as a 50/50 cost share with Southpass Development Company, LLC for the sewer installation costs for the Regional Park and Southpass PZD. This resolution was tabled at the November 18, 2008 City Council meeting to the December 2, 2008 City Council meeting.
