R-PZD 08-2915 (Hill Place): An ordinance establishing a Residential Planned Zoning District titled R-PZD 08-2915, Hill Place, located at the southwest corner of 6th Street and Hill Avenue; containing approximately 27.10 acres; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Fayetteville; and adopting the Associated Master Development Plan. This ordinance was left on the First Reading at the May 6, 2008 City Council meeting.
