Bridgedale Plaza Appeal: An ordinance establishing a Commercial Planned Zoning District titled C-PZD 08-2904 Bridgedale Plaza, located at the southeast corner of Highway 16 East and River Meadows Drive, containing approximately 15.95 acres; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Fayetteville; and adopting the Associated Master Development Plan. This ordinance was left on the Second Reading at the May 6, 2008 City Council meeting.
