Park West, LLC Cost Share: An ordinance waiving the requirements of formal competitive bidding and approving a cost-share agreement with Park West, LLC in the amount of $2,157,000.00 for the upgrade of the future location of Highway 112 through Phase 1 of the Park West Development from two lanes to a four-lane boulevard. This ordinance was left on the First Reading at the December 2, 2008 City Council meeting. This ordinance was left on the Second Reading at the December 16, 2008 City Council meeting.
